NHSW provides reverse mortgage (HECM) counseling for senior citizen homeowners. This option allows borrowers age 62 or older, to use the equity in their home by obtaining a reverse mortgage. We are HUD certified and have a track record of providing efficient, quality, and compassionate counseling. We help senior applicants determine if HECMs are the right choice, and then guide them through the approval process.
