We provide homebuyer education through workshops, counseling, down payment assistance; including the ADDI program, and access to affordable mortgage products.

Our partners include local lenders, the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA), The Waterbury Development Corporation, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, NeighborWorks America, and the Housing Development Fund.

We offer classes for homebuyers who have been referred by their lenders in order to complete the mortgage application process. We also offer classes for prospective buyers who want a thorough understanding of the home buying process.

Our workshops and individual counseling sessions provide a range of information to create a positive purchasing process. Topics include assessing homebuyer readiness, financing options, and down payment opportunities.
