NHSW assists people who are having difficulty making timely mortgage payments.  We have dedicated bi-lingual English/Spanish speaking staff to help homeowners prevent foreclosure and minimize losses. Our range of services includes referrals, group seminars, and individual delinquency and loss mitigation counseling.

We use a variety of tools including refinancing, loan modifications, repayment or forbearance plans, short sales, and reverse mortgages to help clients work with their lenders to negotiate solutions. For homeowners who are unable to achieve a positive resolution, the staff provides resources and recommendations for other assistance.  Foreclosure intervention packets are available on this website or by calling or visiting our office.
